Domain registration with Easyspace Long Mountain Gallery is an ethical gallery of Irish art available for purchase online and is shipped worldwide. We support local artists and charities. For your convenience and security, payment is via Paypal - Long Mountain Gallery does not have any access to your payment details and paypal can take credit/debit payment without the need for you to have a paypal account. Most of the art featured is available for viewing in County Antrim which can be arranged to suit by contacting us. Terms & Conditions Payment Customers can pay via Paypal only. Major credit and debit cards accepted. Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received and cleared. If payment has not cleared within 7 working days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled. Payment includes shipping, packaging and delivery insurance for UK and Ireland only. Payments are only accepted via Paypal. International sales are converted into pounds sterling at Paypal's current exchange rate at the time of purchase. Availability All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event that a painting becomes unavailable after the purchase process has been completed, the unsuccessful buyer will be informed by email and a full refund will be issued. The price and description of the artwork is valid at the time of order. Any subsequent changes will not affect the order. Long Mountain Gallery reserves the right to cancel any order. Should this occur a full refund will be issued. Delivery Delivery is the responsibility of the Long Mountain Gallery and all delivery and insurance costs are met by Long Mountain Gallery subject to the buyer meeting the stated delivery costs at the time of purchase. The artwork will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer to Paypal when making payment. Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any loss or damage. A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork if damage is evident on arrival. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by Long Mountain Gallery for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund. Returns If not happy with their purchase, the buyer may cancel any order within 7 working days of delivery. If an order is cancelled the buyer must notify Long Mountain Gallery of their intention to cancel by email or in writing, within the 7 day period and must also return the artwork to Long Mountain Gallery within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including all delivery and insurance costs. Buyers must return the artwork to Long Mountain Gallery in perfect saleable condition. Buyers must return items in their original condition in order to obtain a refund. Refund will only be made once the items have been checked and determined to be in their original and re sellable condition by Long Mountain Gallery. Damaged goods/Insurance claims If there is any noticeable damage to the packaging on arrival the buyer must refuse to accept the item. If the item appears undamaged and the buyer accepts delivery of the item before removing the packaging, the buyer must sign the delivery documents accompanied by the words "Unchecked". If, on unwrapping the item, damage is discovered, the buyer must notify Long Mountain Gallery within 24 hours of receipt (or first thing Monday if a weekend delivery) of any damage to the item. The buyer must send damaged items back to Long Mountain Gallery using the sellers approved courier, details will be given on request. The buyer must include the original packaging materials with the artwork when returning any damaged goods. Refund will only be given subject to satisfying the sellers insurers that any claim is genuine. Copyright The copyright for all paintings remains with the artist. The buyer is purchasing the original NOT the right to produce prints for publication. If publication rights are required the buyer should email Long Mountain Gallery for prices and terms and Long Mountain Gallery will make the required arrangements with the artist in question. Miscellaneous Long Mountain Gallery reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect the customers statutory rights.
